Homemade Choc Chip Cookies

My roommate,Loren, is super into baking and these cookies are so good that I ask her to make them probably once a week. Side-note I basically live in this WILDFOX robe, it's so comfy and accurate.

Ingredients:

- 3 1/4 cups flour

- 3/4 tsp salt

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 2 sticks of butter at room temperature

- 1 cup of packed light brown sugar

- 3/4 sugar

- 2 eggs

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- chocolate bar of your choice

Instructions:

1. Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda & baking powder in a medium sized bowl

2. In a different larger bowl combine butter, both sugars, the eggs & the vanilla. Mix yourself or with a electric mixer on high speed.

3. Combine the dry ingredients into the large bowl. Mix together and then massage the chocolate chips into the mixture.

4. Allow the dough to slightly harder in the refrigerator while the oven preheats to 400 degrees.

5. Once the oven is heated, spoon the dough onto a tinfoil lined bake sheet

6. Allow to bake for 13-15 minutes, make sure to keep an eye on the baking process!
