Meditating has become one of my favorite past times, especially when I'm extra stressed. For the longest time I viewed meditating as a hassle that was time consuming,but after doing it several times it has become my saving grace. I meditate everywhere! A lot of the time when I feel like I need to meditate I just close my eyes for a minute or two and breathe deeply in through my nose and out through my mouth and I instantly feel relieved and energized. You name the place and I have meditated there! When I reflect I like to keep in mind my goals and intentions for my future and the ones I love. It's a good reminer of what is important in life and to keep your eye on the prize!
